Pty Ltd regrets to inform its customers that it will be discontinuing all hosting services including Web Hosting, Domain Name
Registration, VPS and SSL Services as of the 31st May 2021
All existing customers will need to migrate to a new hosting provider prior to the 31st May 2021.
To ensure the least possible impact to your service StudioCoast has partnered with Conetix, a local Queensland owned and operated hosting provider with over 20 years in the industry, to help facilitate the migration process. Conetix can migrate your StudioCoast Web Hosting services to their hosting platform and will honour your existing plans, agreements and billing dates with us. To OPT-IN to the migration process please press the OPT-IN option on the
Migration Consent Form
If you do not wish to migrate to Conetix you can select the OPT-OUT option on the
Migration Consent Form
Then you can use the following URL to create a backup of your website and databases: https://backup.studiocoast.com.au
After you have migrated to a new provider please login to hostControl and submit
a close account request to notify us that you have moved away and request a
pro-rata refund for services not rendered.
We have also stopped providing telephone support effective immediately.
We are still providing support via Email and our Support Request ticketing
system.
PLEASE NOTE: The migration will not occur automatically, you do need to opt in.
Failure to opt into the migration or move your services to a new provider by 31st of May 2021 will result in your website and any other services you have with us shutting down.
