HTTP 500 Error when viewing a script

This error is typically received when there is a problem with the configuration or code for a particular script or application.

If you do not receive a detailed description of the problem you may need to change a setting in Internet Explorer:

1. Find the Tools menu and click the "Internet Options" item.
2. Click the Advanced Tab
3. Under the Browsing section make sure that "Show friendly HTTP error messages" is unticked.
4. Restart Internet Explorer and try visiting the page again.
