Domain Renewal Group

It has recently come to our attention that there are misleading domain renewals being sent out to domain name owners. Studiocoast received a mailed letter to the office reminding us that we had a domain name that was due to expire in the near future and that we should act today! These letters should be disregarded, and you should only ever renew a domain via invoices that come from StudioCoast.

This formal letter takes the form of an invoice, with pricing options, payment details, and a return address. At first glance it is easy to mistake this as a legitimate reminder from your domain registrar/hosting that your domain name needs to be renewed. By reading the entire letter you realise that it is 'not a bill' but an easy way to renew your domain through Domain Renewal Group, if you choose to do so. You will also notice that the pricing for Domain Renewal Group is nearly double StudioCoast's prices, so that's another tip-off.

When renewing your domain name, please ensure that it's an invoice from StudioCoast only.
