When attempting to browse a dotnetnuke site, one of the following browser errors may be displayed:
- Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage
- Content Encoding Error - the page you are trying to view cannot be show because it uses an invalid or unsupported form of compression
These errors are caused by a malfunctioning dotnetnuke compression module. To resolve the issue, comment out the compression handler from httpHandlers and then disable it in the dotnetnuke site settings.
