Email- Editing an account! This guide will show you how to edit you email account, as well as add some nifty things like redirects and autoresponders! Firstly, open up the Mail Manager menu and click on the account you wish to edit. To change a password, simply enter the new password! You can also create a redirection for this email. This comes in handy if go away and want your mail re-directed to a Gmail or Hotmail account. You can also choose to keep a copy of the email on the server which is useful is you are re-directing to a Blackberry and would still like access to your emails on a home/work PC. Another important feature is the Auto Responder. This allows you to create a message that will automatically be sent to people trying to contact you. This is important if you are unable to check your email, or choose not to check it because you are on holiday or unable to use email.
