How to create an SQL database
Step 1-
Firstly you need to be logged into HostControl and then click on the Database Manager link on the left-hand menu.

Step 2- You will then need to click on Create Database.
Step 3- The next step is to choose the type of database you wish to create either SQL2005, SQL2008 or MySql,then choose the name for the database and finally click Create Database.
Step 4- You have successfully created an Sql database! The database name and password are now listed in the Database Manager.
