The following is the Email settings to use when setting up an account in your email program.
You can also search the Knowledge Base for "outlook" and "thunderbird" to find instructions for each program respectively.
The server addresses themselves can be found from the Account Information page which is available by logging in to the hostControl control panel.
Incoming Server (POP3): Refer to Account Information.
Outgoing Server (SMTP): Refer to Account Information.
Username: Full email address (including @ symbol etc)
Password: Password setup for email account

Most ISPs will recommend their servers for all outgoing mail.
Below are some common Outgoing Servers:
Alternatively, if ISP does not block access, you can use our SMTP server. This will be the same as your incoming mail server but does involve additional settings.
SMTP Authentication must be enabled when using our SMTP server. Please consult your mail program documentation to find out how to enable this.
